StowMate Terms of Service - Effective date: May 1, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StowMate app (“StowMate”, “the app”), provided by Alex Nemetz and the StowMate team (“we”, “us”).
By using StowMate, you agree to these Terms.1. Use of the App
StowMate is an inventory management app designed to help you organize and track items.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation of the app.2. Data & Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you enter into StowMate.
While we strive to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that data loss will never occur.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate.3. iCloud Sync
StowMate may use Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your data across devices.
* Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account
* Apple manages this data under its own terms and privacy policies
* We do not have access to your iCloud data4. Subscriptions & Payments
StowMate may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and/or one-time purchases.
* Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
* You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.5. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
You can request a refund via Apple’s support channels.6. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of StowMate at any time.
We are not liable for any interruption or loss of functionality.7. Limitation of Liability
StowMate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including loss of data, resulting from the use of the app.8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
